At Necono AG, we deliberately take a different stance from many current global developments.
While banks increasingly back publicly listed corporations to drive stock market growth, productive small and medium-sized enterprises are pushed to the sidelines.
Savings have, in part systematically, been converted into share capital. Real estate is often seen as a financial asset rather than a place to live. Prices are driven up by political settlement strategies, generating accounting-based wealth – but creating no lasting value in the real economy.
In many cases, banks, executives, and investors profit – while those who contribute daily to innovation and real value creation are left behind.
This, for all the restraint with which we say it, represents a structural betrayal of the very people whose work forms the backbone of our society.

Production, Logistics and Administration
All departments are housed in this building. The location ensures short delivery times and convenient access by public transport – only a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Our main distribution warehouse is also located here. A second warehouse in Rheinfelden (Baden), Germany, supplies the EU market. We place great importance on the long-term availability of accessories and spare parts. Even after 20 years, parts still fit the original devices. More than that: newly developed components based on the latest findings can be retrofitted to older models at any time. This ensures users always benefit from the most up-to-date technology.

With great energy and vision, Necono AG launched its journey in 2001 – and has since experienced many valuable encounters. Early on, the specialized baby and children’s store BabyRose recognized the potential of our product and actively supported its development. For over 12 years, BabyRose has featured the 3D-humidifier in its catalogue and retail shops.
As the importance of digital platforms grew, so did our focus on online communication – allowing us to explain the product clearly and reach customers directly.
We manufacture entirely in Switzerland. Selected partner companies produce high-quality components, which are then assembled in-house at our own facility.
At national and international trade fairs, we present our unique humidification system to a growing audience.
Development Milestones Before the Founding of Necono LTD (until 2001)
The History of Necono LTD
Product development began in 1996.
The inventor of the device experienced dry indoor air himself. With a technical background in production and engineering, and additional experience in marketing and product management, he had the tools to address the issue from multiple angles.
Thanks to his business training, A. Kaiser understood how to launch such a company effectively. The goal was clear: to humidify without electricity – efficiently and hygienically.
A scientifically guided development process ultimately brought the 3D humidifier to life – and onto the wall.
Already in the first and second prototype series,
initial concepts for the hydropneumatic control system became apparent.
However, the performance remained too low – even with a battery-powered fan – and the risk of contamination was too high.
Humidity must be free to unfold – and for that, it needs space to sink.
This means: not on the floor, but mounted on the wall.
The evaporation panel (a picture that gets moistened) was born.
The evolution from a simple birdbath to today’s hydropneumatic control system took shape. By incorporating additional physical principles (such as the capillary pump), an intelligent humidification unit was developed. It releases only as much water as the air can absorb – a breakthrough that led to a patent application in 1996, which was subsequently recognized internationally in the following years.
Product analyses and application-based testing with various individuals led to a whole series of prototypes.
At the 1996 trade fair in Wald, one of the early devices was exhibited — which promptly resulted in several orders.
